January 10 - January 15, 2015

I had a GREAT workout week! My weekend started with a short hike in the hills with a great view.  Yesterday I wanted to do something I hadn't done in a while. I attempted to do cardio kickboxing again, and while I still have trouble with my form and stance, I still burned a lot of calories in my 40 minute workout. I'm not giving up! I know I'll get better if I keep it up and get used to the moves. Yes, I'm sore all over, but I expected that already. FEEL the burn, LOVE the burn is what I say.

I hope whatever workout you do to stay fit that you enjoy doing it. The key is positive attitude and to choose something you love doing.
